Can this part in bold be explained more clearly if you don't mind, Skybook Online?

It is not clear because if a person makes a $500 deposit and receive a 15% cash bonus, the rollover is apparently 6x (as mentioned earlier in your post). Now the restrictions say it's not the case? Just want the exact details since this applies to every eligible customer.

Last question, specific to my case-- I am a new Skybook customer who made a 1st time deposit a few weeks ago, and received a Bonus Play amount that I ended up not winning any money on. However, without making any withdrawal, I am currently up a small amount. Since this may help others, do you consider my current balance as being "net positive" even though a person has not WITHDRAWN that profit yet?

I am just not sure of what the norm is, so thanks for answering in advance.

Sure, Wil. I was not sure if the 2nd question (related to my case) would be answered on the forum, which is fine with me. I can contact them via live chat later on today about this (no worries about you using the word "call" even though I'm deaf, grins).

Yet, would you agree that since Skybook Online posted this great reload promotion on the forum that it'd be helpful to understand what exactly the restrictions mean? The restrictions are not "tailored" to a specific poster as it's for every eligible customer as posted by Skybook Online.

P.S. In hindsight, I shouldn't have bothered to add the 2nd question as it overlooks my 1st question that's for everyone to see.
