Nah. If you just look at the points they both made Paul kicked his ass. It doesn't matter that Bill can talk loud, cut Ron off, and ignore his points as he continues asking questions he should know the answer to by that point in the interview.

And you believe this reasoning is sound? Based on what?

Did it ever occur to Paul that we're in the middle east (yes, even as far as back as when the CIA supported the Shah) for a good reason? I mean, does he really believe the CIA and Pentagon go around stirring up trouble picking on countries for no apparent reason, and that if we withdraw from the various theaters that these trouble spots will just fade away and not impact our national security?

Does he really believe this?

Nice theory.

And if Iran slips a nuke to one of it's terrorist surrogates, how does Ron Paul propose we defend ourselves from such an attack?

Good luck spreading the gospel, random. It's a real winner.
I dont know where your huge crusade against Paul comes from, the guy has nothing going but internet buzz. You spend way more time bashing RP than you do Hillary or Obama.

I'm not a Paul Fanboy either. I just feel all canidates deserve a somewhat equal chance to be heard. The media shutdown with some hopefuls is way too evident to me.

Rob, a growing number of Republicans don't want Ron Paul's crap in the GOP debates. The other party has enough defeatism, thank you, he can join them. It's EMBARRASSING and an OUTRAGE this guy is spreading his nonsense on the GOP's dime.

A political party can not be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers. And if there are those who cannot subscribe to these principles, then let them go their way.

Ron Paul belongs in the Libertarian party, not the GOP.

yeah libertarians are pro-life, for closed borders, no amnesty, whatever....he's more conservative than rudy if you get past the war issue why shouldn't he be thrown off the stage Joe?....if you get past the war issue rudy should be running as a democrat he'd fit in well pro choice, for gun control, not for the fair tax or getting rid of the irs, appeased to illegals in NY as mayor etc. Rudy is a total disgrace to republicans IMO.

ron paul just has a big target on his back cause he's anti establishment and they are using his anti-war stance to create this huge divide between him and republican party....oh well guess we'll have to fight our own party as well.

Ron Paul isn't a team player. Even on the issues where there does appear to be somewhat of consensus, he's never fought on the GOP's behalf. Paul was virtually silent on the Shamnesty debacle. The guy marches to his own beat, an attitude that has no place in GOP party politics.

RINOs like Paul and Chuckie Hagel and Lincoln Chaffee (lost in 06) use the GOP for their own political ambition, and often bring the party down right along with them.

Less RINOs = more success and more seats for the GOP!
