Colo had first and second, none out and hit into a triple play. Phillies then loaded the bases with none out. Howard struck out, like he usually does with runner on third, less than 2 out. Then a pop out. For the third out, the Colo pitcher came back from a 3 balls, no strikes hole to coax a fly out.
