I figured since the are so many threads created bashing the mods (esp Wil) & various sponsor books, I would start a thread shedding some positive light.

"Hello XXXX, I just heard form the GM at XXXX and have been informed by him that XXXX is sending you a check via Fed-Ex today for the entire amount requested. I am sure they will issue an email with an apology also. I am not sure excatly what happened in your case but the bottom line is you should have your money in a couple of business days.

Natrually, I will always be available to assist you with any problem at The Rx.com itself or with any of it's sponsers, Simply drop me an email and I am on the case.

I hope you have a great football season.

Regards, wilheim.."

I would just like to take this opportunity to "publicly" thank Wilheim for his prompt & professional assistance in getting a low 4 figure payout for my father from one of TheRx's sponsor books. The book is highly regarded in the industry so I don't feel the need to bash since the issue has been resolved. I mostly lurk around here having only 200+ posts in 4-5 yrs being registered, but its comforting to know no matter how small my status is, the mods will go to bat to assist us players. Just wanted to express my gratitude & appreciation to Wil for his diligent efforts in this matter.

My father appreciates you as well....

GL this season men!

Thank you very much..

I do appreciate the kind words very much. However I also feel that as posters here at The Rx.com (no matter how many posts you have) you should expect nothing less from your head moderator. I try to do my very best when it comes to Rxers asking for assistance when they run into dificulties at any of our sponser books.

Helping our posters is my principle responsibility to everyone who posts or simply lurks here and I try to do it to the best of my ability and have a rule to never let a problem go unattended because of who is involved in it. I also try to act as promptly as feasable when asked for help.

I have posted this earlier today and frequently of late:

Please remember that while we are not guaranteeing 100% that any of our sponsers will pay you all the time every time or we will pay you for them, but what we are guaranteeing is that you have The Rx.com moderator team to go to as a recourse if you feel you have been wronged by any of our sponsers. Never in the history of the site have we been more plugged into the upper-managements of all of our sponsers than we are right now. The incident with STONER is an example of what I am referring to.

Today at The Rx.com posters have a higher chance (almost 100%) of being paid on fairly placed wagers than ever before in the history of the website. The success rate of poster/Rx sponser disputes is for all intents and purposes a foregone conclusion that the right thing will result whenever there is a mediation between The Rx.com moderator Team and any Rx.com sponser.

Two things are all I ask from you reagarding all Rx sponsers, they are:

First. please and most importantly is kindly use our banners and links when you sign up or even re-up at any of our sponser books (for obvious reasons - that is what keeps us in business). Also tell them when you talk to them as you sign-up or re-up that TheRx.com is the reason you are using the book. Also please always mark the box next to Rx.com when signing up online if there is a questionaire about how you found out about a particular book.

That way we can continue to offer all of the things we do to every Rx.com poster day in and day out.

Second, please contact me first by email and give me a chance to resolve the matter privately and promptly before you go to the forum and claim you are being cheated or slow paid etc. by XYZ.com etc.

This makes things much easier on me to resolve the situation and in fariness to the book in question it allows them an opprotunity to correct what may have been a simple human error without losing business because of the undue criticism those threads create. I am talking about the knee jerk reaction some posters and lurkers have when they read a negative thread title and never bother to find out what really happened.

Yes some of our books are not thought of that highly in some circles but I swear to you that you will all get as a fair a shake as is humanly possible when you use any of our sponser books when you allow us to assist you if or when a problem may occur with any or them.

The Rx.com will meadiate all disputes involving our posters and any or our sponsers until there is a fair and honest result acheived. Personally I will stick with each and everyone of you until your situation is resolved in the fairest manner possible, also I will strive to achieve that result as promptly as possible.

My goal is to create an enviornment of trust between our posters and our sponsers. Even if sometime that trust has to be brokered by either myself or another Rx.com Moderator.

Essentially I am asking you to trust The Rx.com to be there for you if you are treated unfairly by our sponsers and that treatment causes you to have concerns that you may not be paid or are mistreated without cause when dealing with our sponsers.

To expect every transaction to go 100% smoothly every day 24/7 all year long is of course wishful thinking. Whenever human beings are involved mistakes are bound to happen and that is understandable and easily correctable.

However we will not tolerate books that delibrately try to cheat our posters and will go to bat for all of you in those cases. On the bright side I am convinced that all of our sponsers want to do the right thing whenever possible but like I said no one is perfect all the time and that is why we are here.

Have a problem with an Rx.com sponser just drop me a line at:

wilheim@therx.com back-up anc CC person19481950@yahoo.com

Include your poster name, your account number at the book involved and a brief description of the problem and I will be on it immediately.

Thanks, wil..
