I've had a problem with Pinnacle since January when they bent over and took it in the ass from the US government which has no authority whatsoever over how offshore sportsbooks conduct business.
One of the major reasons so many people around the world hate this country is because the USA continually tries to bully other countries and businesses operating in other countries. The offshore sportsbooks that stopped taking US customers weren't "forced out" of the US market. They just didn't have the balls to stand up to the US and tell them to go fuck off.
