UF student asked Sen. John Kerry a question and promptly was escorted out by an army of police. Then they tasered him. It was just a question about him being in a secret society with Bush, even though a bit odd, but Kerry was about to answer it.

Then as he is getting tasered, Kerry goes on and answers the question.

This one is a longer version. Shows them taking him out of the auditorium.
Best line is when he's walking down the stairs, "People know I'm here. You can't kill me."

I apoligize if this has been posted already.

Saw this earlier today. So funny.

Not saying he deserved what he got, but maybe if he wasn't being a rude, obnoxious, inappropriate retard at a public event this wouldn't have happened. There's a certain way to go about doing things, having your questions answered, etc.; this wasn't one of them.

If it was a comedian he was being this rude to, dude would've gotten verbally slaughtered and embarrassed.

Dude was pretty annoying but that sure as hell did not warrant getting tasered.

Jackass - the amateur version.

Was that the highlight of the Kerry appearance. :lolBIG:

That's fucked up. He did go a little overboard, but that was wrong. Can you say lawsuit over this?

when a cop gives me orders i like to obey, it makes life a lot easier. you resist a cops orders you pretty much put yourself in a situation for the cops to use other measures. i see no lawsuit against the cops for doing there job there. it only got to that point due to the jerk himself.

True as you'll only make things worse for yourself and they'll get away with it anyway. The only time when standing up for the principle actually matters or has an effect is when a lot of people do it together. Otherwise it's your word against theirs and they won't have any trouble doing you for resisting arrest and assaulting a cop.

"Don't taze me, bro!"

funny as hell

Whoever set this Q and A up was asking for problems. I heard there was no time restriction on questions and no time restriction on answers.

That was rediculous. He had a right to be in that public gathering and he had a right to ask his question. Kerry's people had a right to turn off his mic, but they did not have the right to have him physically escorted out.

My question is do you have to obey an officer's command no matter what and under any circumstances? There were 3 or 4 uniformed policemen escorting this guy away. For what reason did they have to taser him? A taser is only supposed to be used when absolutely necessary. Are you telling me 4 trained cops could not get this guy out of there without throwing him to the ground and tasering him. Hell yes, this guy has a legitimate beef and has a case against these police officers.

I don't care if he was out of line, when you have an open public forum you have to be prepared for this stuff. This man's rights were violated and you can be sure he will profit from it as he should. All you fucks who say just do as your told are weak minded sheep. Get real and grow some stones like this guy.

its a sophist argument to attack the students character or call him a *****

or even his methods of interrogation bottomline is They have NO right to abuse you.

The audience should have grabbed those fuckers and threw them out so the question could be answered. That is a free democratic country.
