FYI, joeyfitz paid our side bet.

Not like there was any doubt, but in case anyone does wagers with him in the future they can read this that he's 100% on his word.

Requested withdrawal via personal check on Monday morning and my girlfriend just called me on my lunch and said a check arrived from REMAX real estate for "Pipe Cleaning" and there was a little note inside that said "Yankees still suck". She was confused to say the least.

Two days payout, A+ seller, would do business again.

It has been a hectic last few days. When I saw this thread just right now, I want to add that joeyfitzclick is also legit.

After he came back from Italy, he immediately asked me for my postal address to send me his check. Like fucnluc said, joeyfitzclick sent me a Remax envelope like only 2 days later so I knew it was him right away.

Joey, sorry for not cashing the check yet (as I told you I would do so this past Monday!). It'll be done tomorrow. Thanks again!

I'll give you a chance to get your money back plus some.

Not who will go further though.

I'm not willing to lay any money on the Yankees if they happen to play the Angels the first round, I'll just be rooting as a fan.

I'll do a heads-up, and not double or nothing. It will be a separate bet of $400, if the Yankees/Red Sox happen to play eachother - on who wins.

I'll do a $300 bet on the series, if it happens, and to sweeten the pot, if the winning team gooes on to win the WS, there will be a punative payment of another $200 to the winning team's fan.

Deal, but if I lose I'm just cutting one payment after the WS so as not to keep sending shit twice. So it will be either for $300 or $500. Word?

And obviously no action if either team loses in the first round because they won't see eachother.
