Is that Padre total a little high?

You don't see too many 9 run totals in SD.

Am I wrong?

I went under 9 flat on last night's leads for what it's worth, and that ain't much. A decent start by Morris will be needed to keep it under. I think the early start helps the under too, coming off last night's game.

Although there was swelling after the game, Morris said he felt OK in a bullpen session Monday. He's looking forward to pitching at Petco Park, where he's 3-0 with a 2.13 ERA in his last four outings.

"This is a pitcher's ballpark, but the ball does seem to travel a bit more in the daytime," he told the Pirates' official Web site. "But being a sinkerball guy, it's about keeping the ball on the ground anyway."

Despite Morris's numbers at Petco, I still like the Pads here.
