I'll be cool and try some posted plays and writeups, OK.

1* Jays +165

This line is a joke, and as some know I'm a NYY fan. Halladay has had an off year, but is still a dominant pitcher who owns the Yankees. Wangs nasty sinker has also been off all year and Toronto has hit him. Just last month he was pathetic and went 2.2 innings, 9 hits, and 8 ER. Yankees are playing for the division and Toronto is probably getting drunk and fucking around, but when any team comes to the Bronx it's always like they step it up - especially in what's sure to be another sold out crowd. This is why Toronto is worth a shot with Halladay at +140 or higher.

1* TB +140

Beckett is a fastball pitcher, and the Devil Rays love the heat that's why they look like girls when they face pitchers like Wakefeild. Kazmir has dominated Boston in his career, he has 6 wins with 109 k's in 96 innings with the Red Sox batting .218 against him. Most of that dominance is at home. Ortiz has a sore knee because he's fat and can't hold himself up, he's also been in a slump, who knows if he will play and Manny is also unclear but if he returns you have to wonder how rusty he'll be - esp. against Kazmir. This is why TB is worth a shot +135 and higher.

1* MIN -175

Santana 3-0 vs. White Sox this year and 10-1 in the last 3 years. This year they're hitting .167 against him. Sox doesn't look like they're trying anymore, splitting their series against KC, and now they have to face one of the best pitchers at home in the last 5 years. Buehrle has also been solid vs. the Twins, but Santana is worth a shot -175 or lower.

like the picks any thoughts on sox/rays under? gl

I can see Beckett getting shelled like he did last September against the Rays and I can also see TB's bullpen giving up a few.

Then again, I can also see Kazmir keeping the Sox in check while outdueling Beckett as he has owned Manny and Ortiz (again, who knows if either or both will play) but if they do he has done well. As he has against the entire lineup.

No opinion, could go either way.
