I must say, very surpised how quite this has become. Thought for sure the gov was going to do another BOS before the start of the football season.

Have they already put this mess on the backburner?
Thoughts.

none of them will even come close to passing

the only reason people in the forums are excited about it is because the gambling news sites pump it up to make people think it is more legit than it really is....the bills have very little support

Could someone like Barney Frank can add the legislation to a larger bill (like transportation funding or homeland defense) and then it can sneak in the back door and become law.

sorry...no

Barney Frank isnt smart enough to sneak anything in the backdoor except a gerbil.

I have said for a long time that online gambling needs a new spokesman for a chance to become regulated.

Nothing new, as of yet. That being said, how much of a joke has the USA become? Once land of the free, home of the brave, is now merely land of the enslaved, home of the surveilled and controlled. People still say we are a free country? when we are talking about the government outlawing gambling online for "our own protection". What a joke this orwellian country has become.
