Make sure you can change their odds. Check a a few off-shores websites. None of them offer those kinda of payouts. The $1 min puts you in a nickle and dime business. What is the max bet? 1 $100 winner wipes out most all of the $1 tickets you can sell.
I have $5 min $100 max and I still fear the $100 cards.
As for putting the rules and payout on the front, Why? you can print them twice, side by side on the back, then print 2 cards side by side on the front, cut them in two Viola 2cards. I have all that shit printed professionally and the tear off portion perforated. Then I just stick the preprinted (legal size sheets) in my printer and put in the week to week stuff on the front. I have a paper shear where I can cut 250 heavy bond sheets at a time. Yields 500 cards. the heavy bond makes them feel like cards not paper.

From my recollection, they pay you $1 and if they win, they get $6 back. Thus, it is only 5:1 in reality. I know it is like this if you play the pre-printed cards in Vegas. Not knowing this I played one instead of calling if off the board and when I won a 4 teamer I received $500 back on a $50 bet, thus, 9:1.
Then check all the offshores websites, most offer parlay cards, see what they are doing. Check to see if you have any competition and if so see what they are doing. Its not as easy as it might seem. 1st 2 weeks this year they worked me over. Your intake is limited to sales minus expenses your outgo can reach to the moon.
