Who would this be?

KEN ANDERSON comes to mind as a possibility.

Who else?

LYNN DICKEY?

Stabler and Plunkett. Homer calls here, but Plunkett is the only two time SB winner not in and I believe Stabler has the highest winning % of any QB not in.

Other possibilities are Anderson. Is Simms in?

List the candidates but Stabler is the best listed so far. WINNER.

Bob Greise in?

Griese is in. Simms was pretty damn good, really under rated.

Bert Jones, best raw talent not to make it IMO....injuries ruined his career.

He was Elway before Elway.

HAHA, I was going to post Dickey as a joke. He used to be one of my favorite players when I was a kid. He did have that one insane year where he passed for over 4,400 yards and had 32 TDs, back when 4K yards and 30 TDs was rare.

modern guys have way bigger stats. I know both Testaverde and Krieg are way up the yardage and completions lists (probably the two to which you are referring) and neither are at all deserving of any consideration. The game has changed and football more than any other sport makes comparing eras statistically a complete impossibility.
