NYRA has a fun contest starting tomorrow and running for the next 4 weeks at Belmont.
Its called Showdown. Each entry is $10 (easy to transfer funds) and you have to pick 1 horse a day to finish 1st 2nd or 3rd. If you do, you advance. If your horse runs out, you are done. No limit on the amount of entries you can have.
Right now they have about 2200 entries. First prize should be between $9-10k. Top ten get paid.
