at first i hope you understand my english, because is bad.
Days ago, i open on acount on the Sportsbook Bwin, i open that
acount on a french page, because i pass many years in France, and i
undestand much better the french than the portugese, i read the
Terms and condicion, and when i see that everyting is allright, i
open that acount.
I have made a bet with 7 games and i won 5048€, whem i try to make
a outpayment, they tell me that i abuse the 30€ bonus and the page
where i open the acount it´s only for french players, my acont was
closed and the payment too.
that is not true, because it´s my first acount on house bets, and on
the page where i open my acont, notting says about contries, like
you can see on the print screen i made from that page.

First of all welcome to The Rx.com Maria. I would really like to help you and will try but in all honesty I have no idea who sportsbook Bwin is or even how to contact them for you.

However that does not mean The Rx.com cannot be of some assistance.

Please email me as much information about Sportsbook Bwin as possible, names of empolyees you dealt with, phone numbers you have used to contact the book, your actual account number at Sportsbook Bwin, your real name, and exactly how much you are tying to withdraw from the book at this time. Plus anything else you can think of that might help me, for example the URL or website address you have so I can make sure I am talking to the correct book if and when I am able to get an employee on the phone from here in Costa Rica.
