I usually ride the streak til it bites me in the a$$ once. Of course now I'm not as interested in the Rockies since it looks like the NL East will be easier to win than the wildcard (who would've thought that!)

I have been on them the last 11 games, and they are very good at home [48-30]. But webb at plus $ presents a dilemma, a very good pitcher who is even better on the road

NL West to me is a snoozer but only because the Phils are actually playing meaningful baseball with three days left in the regular season.

that stat line didnt turn out to well, webb has a road whip of 1.038. Normally the rock's at -120 is an automatic play, but no value here.

I am trying to avoid getting bit, i guess. No way to go with the Phillies at -250, i couldnt back cy young at those odds.

the thing to note in that streak, is the runs allowed. The pitching staff has been great, but on further inspection, is it because they are improved or because of the ineptness of the LAD and Padres. The rockies have been hitting since may, and have one of the best lineups in the NL. So the success hinges on the performance of the pitchers, particulaly the starters.

You got that right...Redding actually pitched pretty well against the Fightins in his last start too. We did just sweep the Nats though...so hopefully the Fightins continue to ride momentum .

Webb suck in Colorado look it up.

Rockies or pass all weekend-this team is unconscious right now.

This is the biggest home series in 12 years and the hype is beyond belief. I'd fully expect all 3 games to be sold out.

webb has been favored in his last five starts vs. the rocks, including two starts in colo. that should illustrate just how far the line has shifted.

and Arz moved webb back a day to go against francis. they must feel this is there best chance to get a game.

it's a shame that nobody really knows about Troy Tulowitzki. Kid is an absolute stud of a shortstop. Hits pretty well too but some will tell you that is due to playing in Colorado. He should be rookie of year but everyone is in love with HRs and Braun from Milwaukee who has about 25 errors at 3rd base. Tulowitzki made it to the bigs in less than 2 years in the minors out of high school. He's somebody I enjoy watching play defense...about as much as i like Rolen gloving at 3rd.

talk about a bright future, i wish i were his agent. Todd Helton said Tulowitzki should win a gold glove someday. And he is big i think 6'4". Saved at least 1 run in each of the last two games with great plays.

webb got moved back because of the weather in pgh yesterday.
this is bet colo or nothing. you don't ever go against a team thats on a big win streak. they are the best team in the NL right now. ariz just lost 2 of 3 from pgh, LAT IT, GO ROCKIES.

that is some good advice, i certainly wouldnt step in front of the train, I.E wager on the D'backs.
and the rock's are the best in the nl right now.

kevin corriea has been as good as any pitcher in the majors over the last month. SF has won his last 6 starts, take the 1st half line at plus $ to avoid any strange bullpen blowups. the LA dogers have packed it in and are trying out the minor leaguers.
