I think Chris Spielman is one of the best color commentators around

He did Detroit Lions pre season games about 7 years and I thought he was solid then. I think he is undderated as a color guy. He knows the game in and out.

i agree, he is great. he talks football 95% of the time which is hard to find now days. most guys are up there talking about some stupid shit. Spielman is awesome

exactly the way I feel. Like Madden who is awful nowadays. Almost like he is more worried about being funny than knowledgeable.

Not many color guys say things that make you think or teach you things but I always felt Spielman is a good teacher just listening to him.

i have always thought he sucked

he does not entertain at all, he only tries to talk like he is some tough guy.

there is a reason he is not one of their top commentators, he is a dork
