Had the worst day of my life today with this company used by Bjam. I would not use them, they are inept and still have my money

basically they pended my transaction to bjam. First I was told by netspend that bjam would have to cancel the pending transaction. Now netspend is saying it doesn't matter if they cancel it or not, they will not release my funds for 30 days because the money was earmarked for a gambling site. Basically, I'm sol for 30 days. It was a fairly large amount (1800), so you may be all right sending smaller amounts, but I would be very careful sending money through netspend

This means everything.

If it was real card than I might be concerned. If it's card purchased at store then no worries.

I sure hope he says the purchased at store one.

I had a problem with them but it had nothing to do with this. When I get home later I'll tell that tale.

But let me say this, with all my transactions with them, there has NEVER been one instance where my deposit was PENDING. Who do you work for the government? A deposit is either accepted or not.
So for whatever reason this company who KNOWS the money is going to gambling sites is all of a sudden is going to tie up the money for 30 days?.

Basically I think you're full of it and just looking for attention or starting trouble.

It was purchsed at a store that uses netspend to process. netspend told me because its a gambling transaction they are pending it and will not release the funds for 30 days per their rules and regulations. Not sure if this is a one time thing or what, but thought I'd make people aware

i have made over 100 transactions with netspend without problems; including today. like others have said, when you process the deposit, it either goes through, or it doesn't. i am not exactly sure what happened in this instance.
