I've been with Betjam a few years many deposits but never inquired into loyalty bonus.I've made hundreds of bets with them over past few years.When I called on Friday to inquire about this I was told to check my account in 20 minutes and if I qualified for anything it would be reflected in my account.Very rushed call by cs rep.Checked back and nothing was there tried calling and line was busy for the rest of the day(calling hours for this bonus are 12-4 m-f.HAs anyone ever received this bonus?It states that for every 100 bets you get a play for your average bet.
I've been with them about 5 years and have gotten the bonus roughly 40 times. I don't believe I've ever had to call twice. When you call, make sure they take your account number. Sometimes in their haste, they forget to ask.

You get a Bonus Play for 100 wagers you put in. The amount of the play is based on your average bet size up to a maximum of $200. You have to call CS and ask if you're eligible for any loyalty play bonus. They will ask for your account# and put you on their list. At some point after that a Bonus Play dollar amount will show up on your account.

I didnt even know about the bonus for the first year or 2. When I finally called, I had 700+ bets in my account. I called them and within a few hours, I had over $1300 in my account due to the 7 Bonus Bets.
It might take them a few hours if you have 500 or so bets to go through, so just give them a little time.
And I did take a payout from my loyalty bonus around 8 days after receipt. But then again, that was during baseball season

Not sure if the 200$ max is correct. I recieved 298$ on my Bonus Play Thursday. Emailed customer service with a request. Was in my account in less than 30 minutes. Bet Jamaica is #1 in many ways offshore IMO.
It's a max of $200 per Bonus Play. Since you got $298, I guarantee you were entitled to more than 1 Bonus Play.
I'm having a hard time getting this actually. I emailed them when this thread started two weeks ago and then again last week and didn't get a reply.

What department did you e-mail? I had a question for them a couple of weeks ago and mentioned in the message I was a member of the rx, heard about the loyalty program and asked if I was eligible. I think I emailed both support and banking, and my freeplay was in my account the next day. I think banking is the department that responded, but you might want to forward to support also just in case.
