Which sportsbook has the worst software?

Just posted up yesterday at VIP and forgot how awful their software is.

I remember when I played at Legendz last year I hated their interface, very difficult to navigate.

Matchbook I wish you could get all the games on one page and not have to click through 4 or 5 screens to get all the games. Love the book though, my #1 out

I think the greek has it, you can't even separate the NFL games from college games on the same page. And yes the web page is ugly, but they're legit and they pay ontime!

5dimes. If you want to get NFL plays in on Sunday, you had better get your bets in about two hours before the early games start. They have a really varied betting menu and they still take US customers. They're a top notch book but the site is entirely too slow at crunch time.

Agreed. Also, their 2nd half lines are toward the bottom of the page instead on a separate page. When they have 3rd and 4th quarter lines then the 2nd half lines are above those. A pain in the ass trying to find them in a hurry.

yeah, 5Dimes...I like the variety but the site is user-antagonistic.

How can WSEX be listed. It is simple, clean and fast. TheGreek on the other hand is complex, it is fast though.

The site before was just as slow but at least you had the ability to make the betting screen smaller by the # of bets you requested. You had the option on filtering the screen so that you only saw the games you wanted to bet on and not see every bet....They had a great layout before but have not really used them because of the layout change over a year ago. New layout will not work on the sideKick 2.

Agreed, but it is very disappointing that they don't inform you of a line change while making your bet, which leads to making a bet you might otherwise not make. They let you confirm as if nothing happened, which is poor service for crunch time. The other problem with wsex is the lack of a refresh button. Aside from those it is my favourite to use. Nothing fancy, but nice, clean and fast.

Hi guys, (and girls ?)

So - I see the votes as I stated before - but I am not seeing specifics of what you like - don't like - have problems with - etc...

In regards to our software customer - Legendz / ThePig - what specifically don't you like? We would really like to know to address these things.

In regards to the other books - what don't you like or what do you like?
I see a lot of responses here that really have very little if anything todo with the actual 'software' - there are many factors that some of you are talking about - including:

1. speed of hosting for the sites
2. design of the sites
3. customer service issues

In reality - many of these factors which you as a customer see as function of the software are really different issues. We work very closely with all of our customers to help them make sure that the function of the site along with speed are as professional, clear and accurate as possible.

List things that can help to improve the 'software' and we will always take those suggestions under consideration.

Is it just me, but when I log onto thegreek, I don't see my balance. Ihave to pretend to make a wager just to find out what my balance is. Am I missing something?

And yea, they are quick , but ugly.

Pinnale I thought was the best.

Wsex is good, but you can't place multiple bets at once. Unless of course, I am missing something there also.
