Yea that's what I was thinking. However, ever since I bought my house, I also get offers from Indy Mac, Wells Fargo, Countrywide and a couple other well known ones that I have never done business with.
Thought maybe Newday was an out of state company that started expanding into NY. There website didn't give an great info.
And they don't promise any great rates like some of those scammers do (2.9% yea right!!!)
but they did get my curiosity with the 125% equity. (I'm looking to buy a commercial building , so I need as much $$$ possible).
(LOL As I am writing this, I got a phone call asking i me if I need any loans for my business. Big scammers. They loan you money based on your credit card sales. But they will never tell you the interest rate. They claim there is none! After bullshitting with one guy , I had finally gotten a sample payment plan. I checked it out. It would have been 27 % interest!!!!)
