I'd think it should be waived for a customer of long standing, I can see requiring it the first time you withdraw. I gave up on them when Neteller tanked, won't trust them with any other method.

requiring this info is reason enough for me to stay away. there are other ways to certify a valid withdrawal request.

Thanks for the heads up.

They pulled something similar about two years ago, then backed off.

Its to stall withdrawals, fine if it is for new accounts, but not old ones.

I would pretty much assume that this is his first withdrawal. I have taken out 3 w/d's from them this year and all have went smooth. The first time I had to send them the info and it has been nothing but a few clicks of a button since and no problems.

I dont agree at all with this book being shady. Solid and well worth the benefits of being in there (IMO).

Yeah its standard with some books. 5 years ago intertops had me do the same. It's not like they can do anything with it. I just blacked out my drivers lic # they procssed my payout right after I faxed stuff.

A search at SBR would yield tons of complaints about them, some valid, some not.

SIA sometimes takes a stand and refuses to pay up, when their mods agree the book was wrong.

It's a book you don't want too large a balance at, they are not above trying to steal it back.

Good dog lines, but a poorly managed outfit.

Remember SIA is a group of rebel Canadian Indians running a book on a reservation.

that's easy to say. it takes one worker to get fired and take everyones information and sell it or post it on the web. and don't think it hasn't happened.

I expect the real reason they do this is that they hope a fair % will not want to and they will therfore be off the hook for the payouts.

Can't we ALL just get along?!!

I can second this motion. I'm sure this has been talked about ad nauseum but they will boot you for beating them too regularly and not think twice. They are famous for having questionable customer service as well. That being said I played there for years before the boot and loved it...of course those were the Neteller days too....
