chameleon- The legislation that the US passed isn't worth the paper that it's printed on. The US government has absolutely no authority over any offshore sportsbook. The thing that took me by complete surprise was that some chickenshit operations like Pinnacle and bet365 would actually stop taking US customers. There are other sportsbooks that caved in as well and stopped taking US customers. They all should have told the US to "Fuck off" but they bent over and took it in the ass from a government that has no authority over how they run their offshore sportsbook. That being said, the sportsbooks that still have some guts are doing business as usual. The inconvenience now is depositing and withdrawing. Since Neteller, which is another gutless company, stopped transactions with US customers you have to use other options for depositing and withdrawing. There's Moneygram, Western Union, bank wires and cashier's checks. There's probably other ways as well.
Allright guys, I'll admit I don't know what an agent is. How do they operate? What are their fees and how do you find one? I've heard agents mentioned at various times in forums but I don't know how that whole operation works. Can you guys fill me in? Thanks.
