One of which I am....but does this make sense:


If we are going to be busted, then wouldn't the govt be going after all the neteller users? They would have all the informtion they need right there.

And, do you remember years back when a California woman sued a credit card co. (and I believe she won) for allowing her to use her credit card for online gambling? Wouldn't she have been arrested also?
