I am not as bad as I used too be but occasionaly if something is working I stay with it. Like if I am watching a game on 1 TV and things are going really well for my team I will stay in the same spot.

This usually only happens on my hometown teams and not so much on games I bet. I have checked scores at certain sites that I have checked in the past because I have had good results at that site in the past.

Detroit Lions games are the worst for me. Everything has to be perfect for me and in the right plabce and then I like to watch the game completely alone.

You guys have little superstitions you follow?

Yup. I feel if I follow a game online it's going to lose. I either need to listen to it or watch it. Or just forget about it while it's being played.

Watching that fake football field with the ball being placed and stuff, is grounds for a loss.

Jinxes and superstitions and curses are all gay. If you believe in them, know that you are gay.

Superstitions for things out of your control are absolutely ridiculous. For every ritual you do, someone else is doing another ritual to counteract it.

superstitions are just coping mechanisms...and let's face it, after a wager is placed, it's out of your hands and it's an anxiety-filled process.

Logic nerudes don't have a clue. If you played, invested or watched sports over years, then you understand the compound complexities of the fates and supersticions are nothing more than payback investments, like leaving a nickle on a stump in the forest. The nickle buys nothing into the future other than a silent statement that you respect the 'game'.
