Our threads were only 30 minutes apart... but if you really are in red, can you check to see what unit size or bankroll size you have made on your bets?
The one big thing people make that is a huge mistake is once they are in a funk, they either keep the amounts the same or higher, but it means a LARGER percentage of their BR. Would that be happening to you?
