Can someone explain

Why the hell there has to be 162 games to get all this way and than play a frickin 5 game series.

Are they ever going to make it 7?

Should be 9 game series after a season that long. I've followed the Cubs everyday chase the Brewers and surpass them, and then hold on. Only to have it all wiped away in 2 days. It should be different. Cubs suck

Sounds like a deal to me but unless they cut down on the regular season games the baseball traffic could interfere with ski traffic in Denver and maybe Boston.

Agree 100% it should be 7 games.

NBA is an 82gm season and even their playoffs are 7gms.

These series should be 7 games. The regular season should be 154. Then again, if the reg. season was 154, we wouldn't have the Mets collapse and Rockies amazing run.

If the reg. season was 154 games then the Mets would bomb out in the 1st round of the playoffs.
