I hope to continue the run in the playoffs. I like both of these plays and hope we are 7-1 after tonight. My record is:

4* 2-1, 4* totals 1-1
3* 3-0, 3* totals 1-0

Tonight I'm going with

5* Col -145, the streak continues for the Rockies and Philly's season ends. Col has won Jimenez's last three starts including two home games where he has pitched well Moyer has been bad on the rd with a 5.25 era and Col is hitting .297 against lefties at home. Conversely Philly hits worse against righties, then lefties on the road at only .262. Col is 51-31 @hm against Philly's rd record of 42-39.

4* Col over 11, Philly is 47-30-4 to the over on the rd. Col is 43-38-1 over at hm. Moyer's high rd era combined with a youngster with 17 starts going for Philly should mean a ton of runs. Over umpire doesn't hurt either.

In the other match up, I'm not making an official play but I'm going against everyone else and lean toward the seasoned playoff vet in Hernandez and the D Backs. Hill is young and very good, but I think the ole vet ends it for the Cubbies. I was going to post an over as Hill and Livan both have higher era's in the home/road situation today. My fear Hill could pitch a good game and keep the Cubs alive and Hernandez could come up with his post season magic and make it low scoring as well.

Will Arizona hang on to win this thing or not? Livan has been throwing a lot of pitches, maybe the Cubs get to the bullpen.

Go Rockies!!!!
