yep, like i said in my initial post, im sure i'll get paid. no need to get wil to call them. but why in the hell does it have to get to a point where a mod has to call for you to get paid? i mean really, thats bad business. im simply networking and sharing my experience with them here, sharing info to help us all here. i appreciate all tips about books i get here good or bad.

TheRx.com., myself included have no problem with this type of post. Obviously Earl has a legitimate beef with BetMania over the way his withdrawal has been handled.
He knows he will be paid but is not happy with the process that has ended up frustrating him enough to make this post. He also is intelligent enough to not use some obscene thread title that he knows would put pressure on me to change the title to something civil. I very much appreciate that.
I have no proplem with posters who want to share negative experiences at a sponser book if their motivation is to actually warn other posters and not use the Rx to blackmail a book into paying them (which happens here ocasionally).
I also believe a post like this will help a book become better in the long run, especially if the people at the top of the book in question realise that their middle and even low level management people are not taking care of business like they should.
These types of posts do a lot of good in that area IF the book in question reads it and makes an effort to improve in areas like customer relations especially. I will email a link to this thread to the GM at Betmania and I know he will want to know who was responsible for and why this thread was necessary.
Earl has emailed me about other books in the past and knows how to contact me and knows I will always try to help him but it is also his perrogative to handle his own withdrawls any way he sees fit.
I do know one thing about BetMania is that they are trying to get better but it is a slow process and without using this as an excuse the best CSD people are all taken and finding any already trained top level locals that create an outstanding Customer Service Department is difficult and expensive. There are only so many Shayla's, Mike's and Herman's out there. Training CSD people from scratch is expensive, difficult and time consuming in any business.
Also BetMania has become poster friendly of late by donating $1,000 to the Rx Bash (4 $250 funded accounts) and are now sponsoring a $1,000 Monday Night Football four team parlay contest every week for the rest of the season.
