Any guesses? I'm saying Pick 'em. Rockies a little hotter but Zona have HF.

17 of last 18 is hard to bet against!

Yup, I have rode them throughout the playoffs. Also, placed small wager on them to win World Series

rockies are hot, but brandon webb automatically makes the diamondbacks a decent sized favorite in a seven game series. diamondbacks -150 is what ive got. cant believe one of these two are going to the world series. aside from webb, these are some ugly pitching rotations.

Great bull pens, though.

no doubt. it will be a good series. not sure if either one will have a chance against the american league teams, but thats for down the road. webb will be a chalk both in his home start and his road start so i just think you have to assume zona will be a -150 series price to start off. something about arizona seems a little more "legit" but you cant deny how well both are playing.

AZ -150? Wow, I figured at worst for Colorado it would be a pick. I know AZ has home field but Colorado has won 17 out of 18 and just blew away a hot Phillies team.

all of that is true, but the webb factor is likely to make arizona a -150 or so favorite. by no means am i trying to offer an opinion as to who i think will with the national pennant. but webb is so much better than any other pitcher that will take the mound in this series that arizona has to be a standard chalk.

Colo opened at -145 favorite for the series (CRIS). D'Backs are a +125 dog. WTF? Still no respect for my D'Backs, even with the homefield advantage.

D'Backs were something like 6-9 against Colo in the regular season, that probably had something to do with it. Still, these two know each other like the backs of each others hands, being from the same division, and playing against each other in spring training. The public perception of the Rockies that they will never lose another game has to be driving this line. How many times are we going to hear Colo has won 17 of last 18. If something gets inside their heads, does that mean they will now lose 17 of their next 18? Colo was a .500 team based on talent before the season began, not much has changed talent-wise since, just the team psychology.

colorado (-115) at olympic for the series. that is an utterly preposterous line. cant say im surprised considering the books had the yankees laying almost -200 for the cleveland series. some of these baseball lines this postseason have been headscratches. just some bad lines.

Line been coming down all day at CRIS. Now Colo -131, takeback +111. I imagine it settles down around -110, where it should have opened to begin with.
