He was great early in his career - winning superbowls - then was horrible for the last 5-6 years - I mean horrible - throwing int's like he was paid to - and now he's picture perfect again - WTF?

his teams have sucked and he was pressing

his team is good now, they are winning so he is making smarter decisions with his throws, takes a little bit better care of the football, and his whole team is probably working harder from week to week.

things change when you are winning, and you care

He still has one of the best arms in the game, firing it on those slants.

If Pennington had arm strength he'd be a poor man's Manning.

If he had any other QB in the leagues arm strength, he would be half decent.

You don't even have to play with safeties, thats why there run game is usually weak, IMO

Yeah, Favre is back, he just tied George Blanda's record of 277 interceptions in his career...the one to Urlacher was classic....

and he had a bad thumb.

Well then he should have sat out if he was injured. That is no excuse, that is being selfish and wanting to keep his meaningless streak intact. It reminds me of Cal Ripken's worthless streak.

Plan and simple he hurt his team and he holds the team hostage every year that he leaves them hanging about retiring. Fuck him.

That interception single-handedly turned the game around. Madden and Michaels quit mentioning it on the next play.

It was an arrogant and stupid decision by Favre that cost the Packers a home win. Simple as that.
