Hes been known to retract comments in the heat of the moment.

This is about Joe Torres 4th final season in a row now.

I think I have heard the if the Yanks dont make the world series Joe Torre is gone speach for about 4 years now.

I don't know, I remember reading a good article about that on, I think ESPN and I haven't heard a word about it since.

Agree Girardi is the likely replacement and I think Bowa would get some consideration also. They need a change, this group of players can't get it done and a change has been overdue for 2-3 years now
