Bank wire from Canada to Moneybookers

Hi,

I want to make a deposit to my Moneybookers account with a bank wire from my canadian bank (National Bank).

My bank requires the beneficiary's name and address in order to proceed with the bank wire.

Who's the beneficiary ? Me, or Moneybookers ? And if it's Moneybookers, what's their address ?

Also, how long does it take for their support staff to answer emails ? It's been 24+ hours in my case... Do they have a toll-free number from North America ?

Every book has specific instructions how and where to send a bank wire to, you need to go there first.

Actually for the amount of profit the financial institutions make they could have more staff on hand and somebody do the required legwork for something like this for a customer lol.

The information required by my bank is :

- Name of bank (Commerzbank)
- Complete address of bank (that, I found with Google)
- Account number of beneficiary (ok)
- SWIFT / IBAN (ok)
- Name and address of beneficiary

Moneybookers can take several days to respond to emails and they do not have a toll free number. OTOH they have a well designed, informative web site that should provide answers to all your questions.
