ESPN thinks MNF will be a blowout

The promo for the Giants/Atlanta game, is them talking about how the Jets came from 23 down to beat Miami 3-4 years ago.

They say "don't turn it off until the fat lady sings".

IMO, they think Giants will roll, and they want to start drilling into peoples heads, that no matter what the score, do NOT turn your TV off.

For last week's game they were advertising that it would be similar to the Bears/Zona game last year. They were righton.

I think they just want viewers..........

This is the worst game on MNF thus far in the season and personally will be the first game I miss to get extra studying done.

I agree, and they fear that when Giants get up by 21 they will lose them, so they are putting the idea out there, that Atlanta may come back like the Jets did.

MNF has NO PROBLEM getting people to turn the game on when it starts. The problem is getting people who live in New York and Miami, and Boston to stay up until 11:45 when they have to get up the next day at 5:30 to be at work by 8. (long commute)

I'm going to watch only because I will root for the G-Strings to lose. Of course after the 357th "Michael Vick" comment I'll probably have to either mute it or turn it off.

It was in 2000 I think . I had the Jets and went to the bar thinking I had lost ..... amazing comeback I got my wager and everyone I was with was going crazy .
Those nights for me are far and inbetween being on the right side of a fluke comeback on mnf .
No , I did not have the Cards +13 in the legendary Bears comeback this time last year . Funny the spread was 11 and ended at 13 ....joke .
Nights like my team overcoming a deficit like that I will never forget .

I love the 2 games a night format.

An East coast game that starts at 7:30 Eastern Time, and a West Coast game that starts at 7:00 West coast time.

I think ya'll got it all wrong.they not scared it will b a blowout and everyone will turn itoff..they are scared that after the HORRIBLE GAME they have on tap for Sunday night there wont be a person in America who gives a DAMN about Monday..........

I wish they did switch games. Only reason they put the Falcons on MNF back when they did the schedule is because of Michael Vick. Well no Michael Vick so this game is gonna suck. Pats/Cowboys would be a million times better.

Im pretty sure ATL will have a few tricks up their sleeve for this game (quarterback wise) and will probably end up being a shootout...27-24 whoever wants it.
