Bettina Hauret -110 over Michelle Wie avalable at Greek

Samsung Open Palm Desert,Ca

Michelle shot 79 on Thursday, that is not a bad round for her, she is playing to her 8 handicap. She is spraying the ball on the range it carried over to her round. She hasnt been able to find her swing partly because of her inactivity due to her ongoing wrist injury, her overall talent was exagerated by the meida. Her short game is non existant. This course punishes wild hitters which she is. Huerett is an unknown player in America, She is not an LPGa player and excels in Europe she is from Germany and shot a 76 today, she will improve on that today. She is a 72-77 player on this course. Wie is a 76-83 player. We have math on our side here.

Notice who they pitted against Wie though. Not exactly a great LPGA golfer. Bettina is liable to shoot 78 herself

Dear Abby,

I've never written to you before, but I really need your advice. I have
suspected for some time now that my wife has been cheating on me.

The usual signs; phone rings but if I answer, the caller hangs up. My wife
has been going out with "the girls" a lot recently although when I ask their
names she always says, "Just some friends from work, you don't know them."

I always try to stay awake to look out for her coming home, but I usually
fall asleep. Anyway, I have never approached the subject with my wife. I
think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth, but last night she
went out again and I decided to really check on her.

Around midnight, I decided to hide in the garage behind my golf clubs so I
could get a good view of the whole street when she arrived home from a night
out with "the girls". When she got out of the car she was buttoning up her
blouse, which was open, and she took her panties out of her purse and
slipped them on. It was at that moment, crouching behind my clubs, that I
noticed that the graphite shaft on my driver appeared to have a hairline
crack right by the club head.

Is this something I can fix myself or should I take it back to the pro shop
where I bought it?

Signed,

Perplexed

Wie is there on yet another sponsors exemption, that got Annika so pissed off that Sorenstam withdrew. While I hate Wie myself, and she has been playing poorly due to that wrist injury, but let's face it - Wie is there to fulfill a sponsors contract, and I am sure Wie would rather be back in the safe confines of Stanford than humiliating herself at this tournament. What scares me is that Wie has the talent to dust everyone there, but her head is not in it right now, and your assessment of her situation was correct for the most part.

I hope Wie decides to keep playing the underachieving cripple tomorrow.

GL tomorrow, and a good call.

Whoops, looks like Wie shot 76 and Huret shot 77.....

I still think Wie is a head case though..................

Well that is why I posted who she was pitted against played a big role. She was playing against a near amateur in Huret

Coming back with Haurett again today, she was a Solheim cup memeber for Europe and not an amature as siomeone suggested she shot a 74 today to Wie 77. Laying the 125 with Haurett. Wie can not go low imo.

Hurett is not an amature she is a competent player, #1 or 2 in Germany, was on Solheim for Europe shot 74 today, to wie 77 yesterday.

by the way...her name is Hauert , not Huret...it s her first real season in europe. she was a very good amateur for Germany, but her development on the pro-tour (although it s only europe and not the LPGA) surprised everybody here...she is definetely ot one of the top players in the field this week, but i would beg her again today over wie...the 2nd round she lost to wie by 2 strokes she played a +9 with 8 over on 2 holes..if you consider this she actually outplayed her even in that round..just a bad beat.
