I am looking at buying a dozen softballs, but I don't know which ones to get. I found .47 cor and .44 cor.

I am also looking to buy a new bat. Miken has a new bat out that I found for $200 - The NRG Maxload and Worth has a new one out called the Mayhem. Anyone know anything about either of these bats?

TIA

The bigger the core the further it will fly. So if you want to keep the ball in play more, get the .44 core. If you want to see more HR's get the .47 core. I prefer the .44 core because it seems everyone hits out the .47 core and it is a high scoring game, but chicks do dig the long ball! Also look at the compression of the ball. The higher the compression the harder the ball, hence it flies a mile!
