Here is the story.
I love NCAA football on Saturday. who doesn't right? (I bet all of my fund on NCAA football games on Saturday)
Well, I lost all of my fund so I was about take a break but I couldn't.
Saturday morning... I got money from ATM and called BETJamaica to get Western Union Information.
So I talked to BETJM C/S and got all of WU information and sent money from Safeway. I bet 2/3 of my balance.
After I came back from work I logged in BetJamaica and got the msg saying "Call bet jamaica regarding your WU deposit today"
I was like "huh" and then call BETJM right away and they said that I sent to wrong location. They told me that I sent money to MoneyGram location. I never used MoneyGram. Anyway so they also told me that since my money is not settled, I cannot bet. So I told them that I will resend money on Monday, and I thought all of my bet on Saturday got cancel because I bet with UNSETTLED MONEY. AND that is why I cannot use my balance anymore. I lost little on Saturday morning games so it was cool for me.
So I sent email to BETJM to make sure that my bet with unsettled bet should be canceled, and I will resend money on Monday
Today I got an email .... saying....
"I sent to wrong WU location to save my bets in case my games lost, so they will close my account. and they think I am playing with them"
WTF??? I never used MoneyGram and I called BETJM to get WU information. And I sent the fund wherever they told me to.
and all of blames on me.
I replied them saying that it is okay to close my account. I can use other books. But I also told them - DO NOT SAY THAT I SENT TO MONEY WRONG LOCATION TO SAVE MY BETS IN CASE MY GAMES LOST. Do not make me a scammer.
