talk about a team getting very little respect....rockies lines are amazing in these games....if it was a public team like the spankies or the sox who had won 20 of 21 i would imagine the lines would be in the -400 range. specially on a game were they could close out the series at home. still the rockies were -170. wish i was riding this wave with the rockies. congrats to those who were smart enough to. rockies getting very little respect. hasnt the last few world series winners also been the wild card winner? i am sure you could have had a nice price in the rockies to win the WS before game 1 of the playoffs. may be a great angle to look at in the future with the wild card teams in the playoffs to win the WS.

It sucks when you don't ride them from the start, Because I'm afraid to hop on the rox train right now, I know when I do...Theyll lose that one.

Here's a price ( from the website of RX poster, Sherwood).

Colorado to win World Series +13.00 SPORTSINTERACTION
The Rockies offer up a tremendous opportunity to cash in on a bad line. The public is simply not aware just how good this Rockies team is and therefore we get a huge overlay on them to win it all. Offensively, whether they’re playing at Coors or elsewhere, the Rockies take a backseat to nobody. From top to bottom each player is an extremely tough out and the 3, 4, and 5 hitters of Holliday, Helton and Atkins is simply wicked. Defensively, they made the fewest errors in all of baseball, meaning the Rockies seldom beat themselves. The top of the rotation of Jeff Francis and Ubaldo Jiménez are as good as any one-two punch of any team remaining in the playoffs. Jiménez could be the key, as he’s not very well known but that could change dramatically should the Rockies advance. Jiménez has some of the nastiest stuff you’ll ever see. The league hit just .228 off him and he just kept on getting better with each start. In fact, Jiménez allowed more then three runs just once over his last 10 starts. Anyway, we’re suggesting or insisting that the Rockies are as good or better then any team in the NL. They’re also on a serious roll, having won 14 of 15 to close out the year and earn this opportunity. No way are we passing up the Rockies at this price to win it all, it could happen and if they get by the Phillies they should easily dispose of Arizona or the Cubbies. Play: Colorado +13.00 (Risking 2 units).
