I've had my cc details stolen likely by someone who had access to one of my sportsbook accounts since they placed the money on a gambling site overseas in Euro's and another site in Hong Kong? I've stopped using cc's for awhile but just got cleaned out. Bank is investigating it atm, but do sportsbooks/gambling sites refund people in these cases? thanks....

ok, but can't sportsbooks/gambling sites say I could've done it etc? or is it a case of them needing to prove it to the credit card bank like a signed form and copies of the credit card etc? That's what I think and hope works.

if its truely fraud then the max you pay is 50$ as some CC's make you apy the first 50 but most its refunded back to the card if its fraud
