i would use bookmaker. rebates and lots of track selections. you can wager up til about 30 seconds of off time typically.

I have Youbet for years..There Platform is the BEST...No rebates and are limited in some states...I live In Il and meet most of my needs. One problem is these US providers battle for tracks and Video, so It changes from month to month
