Everyone has their favorites but I personally always put in a good word for Bookmaker.com.
Lines are up early, it's fairly easy to deposit/withdrawal, and they are a name you can trust.
5Dimes is all the things I just said as well, but generally offer a larger number of betting options. Another one of my favorites.
I've never played at BetJamaica but they apparently have very nice lines and you won't have to worry about your money.
It's kind of hard to recommend books at this point since alot left the US market and it's hard to keep up with who you can go with currently, but I believe all 3 of those I mentioned are taking US customers.
