How to get money into Matchbook?

Does anybody know a good way for a US player to get money into their matchbook. Everything that I have tried does not work and I do not want to pay the fee for a interbook transfer. Thanks for ant help.

MoneyGram. However, Matchbook does not reimburse fees.

book to book is free at every book except CRIS family books.

WSEX does book-2-book transfers with 'em.

I didn't think Matchbook allowed US players anymore.....do they still???

Fuckkkk I've been missing out then.....Matchbook is a fantastic resource. Does anyone know if they have had any payment problems? Or any negatives at all? Haven't played with them for about a year.
