Reports like this have a shelf life of a few hours. It's only a matter of time, then let the fingerpointing begin.

75% failure rate at LAX...unbelievable. And I guarantee some TSA asswad has Gramma Jones pulled over in her wheelchair probing her with his x-ray wand.

This is why I find it funny that people want to the Gov to provide healthcare yet they can't even do airport security properly.

Let the Gov workers and the dumb lazy unions do the work and look what happens.

Guess that more or less proves it doesn't matter the pay and benefits those meatheads get, It's just such a thankless and monotonous. The solution is likely more machines doing most the security/baggage inspecting. Im sure the cost of the machines would be high, but the gov't isn't getting anywhere with the overpaid TSA agents.

I think what is important to remember here is that as long nothing bad happens, nothing could possibly be wrong.
