i was just up in Duluth for a couple months working over the summer...probably drove by this mansion on my way to the golf course out at Sugarloaf. Only 23K per month on mortgage.

I think that home was in VA...not GA...but I could be wrong (as I was with Louisville and NW over last night...:think2

puts about a 600,000 value.
i think you'll find taxes closer to 70k

been around this shit for a while so 25 is very very cheap

Taxes are dirt cheap in some parts of the world...

People I know just bought a place for just over a million in Vail. Property taxes are under $3000.

Bizarre considering in Miami they would be about $20,000...
