Perhaps quite not, perhaps so.

Personally, I think they just might be.

1. GREAT DEFENSE
2. GOOD SOLID RUNNING GAME
3. DECENT QB
4. DECENT COACH

The only teams I can think contending to be better are DAL, GB, and NYG.

None of these teams are close to INDY/NE.............

That right there will make them not be the best team. Gibbs is old and stupid. Some of his coaching moves have been horrible. Bad game management in most of his games this year.

Big Skins fan here and agree 100%. Very solid first 1/2 coaching followed by the worst second 1/2 coaching I have ever witnessed. Gibbs love to run the clock out up 7 in the second Q...

Injuries are hurting this team. Missing 3 starters on OL right now.

Giants are the best all around team in East and actually second best team in football right now.

i want to agree but will wait and see if they continue to play 2nd halves like this the rest of the season. couple of plays/mistakes or this Pats-Skins game would be a battle of unbeatens

I also agree with you guys and think they are a top notch team in the NFC (which may not be saying much). I picked them as my most underrated team last week in a thread asking that question.

The problem is they have not covered the last 2 weeks and they have cost me some decent coin:monsters-

I hate to join in and just agree but I also do. All 4 points are right on. Gibbs used to be a great coach but now he is just decent like you said. They play the game the way it should be played too...tough and physical. They come to Foxboro this week.

i must be missing something here as i have watch all the skins games, they are a step down from either the cowboys or giants in the east, and imo will be looking for a wild card at the best. ck

Are you guys serious? Washington barely, and I mean barely hung on against Arizona. Arizona completely dominated Washington, but because Arizona is coached by an ass, Wasington ultimately won the game.

Also, Warner scored all the points for Washington. Washington is a decent team, but they are far from Dallas.

The NFC is really bad, so I can see your thinking on the Washington Train

They were not completely dominated. The Skins dominated the first <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:cs:smarttags" /><st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="1">1</st1:NumConv6p0>/<st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="2">2</st1:NumConv6p0>... They were up <st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="14">14</st1:NumConv6p0>-<st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="0">0</st1:NumConv6p0> with on the cards <st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="40">40</st1:NumConv6p0> with under <st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="2">2</st1:NumConv6p0> min to play when a ball was batted into another linemans hands and he ran to the Skins <st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="20">20</st1:NumConv6p0>. It took them a broken ass play on <st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="4">4</st1:NumConv6p0>th down to get a TD to cut the lead to <st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="6">6</st1:NumConv6p0>. The second ½ Gibbs became conservative like he has done all season and allowed the Cards to come back…
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p> </o:p>
Skins have dominated every first ½ of all games this season. Up <st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="17">17</st1:NumConv6p0>-<st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="3">3</st1:NumConv6p0> on Giants. Up <st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="14">14</st1:NumConv6p0>-<st1:NumConv6p0 sch="1" val="7">7</st1:NumConv6p0> on GB. Both these games ended up as loses b/c Gibbs does not know how to go for the kill or to kick a team when they are down.
<o:p> </o:p>
Gibbs second ½ adjustments have sucked and they usually try to hold onto small leads in the second ½ when Gibbs get ultra conservative.
<o:p> </o:p>
<o:p></o:p>

I will take +17 if it ever gets there...

Washington has a chance to compete against anyone in the NFC, but they far from dominated Arizona at any time in that game....just look at the stats and your 14-0 lead was because of two INT's, one for a TD, the other set them up for a TD at the Cards 25. Their offense was horrendous yesterday, Very good defensive team though. I'll take the Giants and Cowboys

There D completly dominated Zona for the first 1/2... Warner was throwing picks left and right and they were not doing dick with the ball... The score could have easily been 14-0 or 17-0 at 1/2.
