Since I took some + 550 on Boston because of my 28/1 wager on Indians when Indians were leading 3-1 I have to take the + 210 or better on Rockies and sit back and wait to collect ! Damn I love wagering on futures !

Well in those 22 games, they didnt play Boston, Yankees or Cleveland.

Check out who they played at the end of the seaon! Also, the time off will NOT HELP them

Who did Cards play prior to World Series last year ? Rockies have already beaten Red Sox 2/3 this year including knocking Beckett out early ! I'll just sit back on my Boston at + 550 that I made a few short days ago and the Rockies at + 210 that I made 15 minutes ago. You can go bet your house on Red Sox at - 230.... I like my home.. Thank you very much !

I am not even sure WHY ON EARTH that you would want to hedge in this situation.

I will at LEAST bet the cost of my swimming pool on Boston. I already have a pretty big bet tomorrow on Indy and I am a little nervous about that one since I didnt take the points and the dog

Well the oddsmakers also feel that way but in baseball... nobody ever knows for sure. I'm from Minnesota and I can remember the 87 twins who only won 85 games yet were able to win the WS as did the Cards last year with only 83 wins. GL

I put a $100 on the Rockies to win the WS at 12/1 before the playoffs started for shits and giggles. Well I'm giggling now, great situation I got here. I'm thinking of hedging here cause Red Sox are far more superior.

Being the futures guru that you are you will appreciate this, I had the TWINS that year at 40-1 ........to just win the pennant(get to the WS) semi-large.

I had liked the TWINS coming into the season and when they picked up Jeff Reardon, I pounced on the 40-1 around town within 24 hours.........much of it being wagered at the Coast properties.

I reckon I watched no less than 100 Twins games that year in their entirity..............and to make it sweeter, I was on vacation in Michigan when they defeated the Tigers to win the pennant................and thus was jumping in the streets of Marquette, MI celebrating the score.......
