i deposit in the past not eligible from what i understand
a person makes new account maybe they will not ever deposit but they are eligible?

many businesses, (cell phone companies, cable companies, etc etc) have very special promotions for new accounts, this is a way for them to generate user names and passwords. Sometimes it doesnt seem fair to exisiting customers, however, in this case, they also have 2 ways to play in this contest as well.
If you are NOT funded currently, and dont plan to fund before the superbowl, Im sorry, you are not eligible on the back of your previous deposits.
