Records are vastly underrated. It's really not hard to make your own. The most important things to include:
-Date
-Bet info (team, spread, total etc)
-Bet amount
-Dollar value of the result
-Cumulative profit total in dollars
-Book where you placed the bet
-At the bottom of the spreadsheet have a section that calculates number of bets, turnover, ROI etc.
I have quite a few more myself (I'm pretty anal about record keeping), such as splitting the team/sport/spread into separate columns (that way I can track a performance in a single sport, team or spread). I also have quite a few columns for various prices, as well as another listing my reasons for the bet. I have a handful of generic explanations I use I like to keep track of how they perform.
