Do you have any odd things/habits you do right before you go to bed EVERY nite?

Some of the more odd things I do are:

1) I always drink a glass of milk before bed with a cookie or some sweets I have in the house.

2) I always always turn the fan on high and point it towards the wall so it is not facing me, all for the noise.


I dont think I could sleep without the milk and NO WAY without the fan on, unless I pass out after a nigh of drinking, which happens maybe once a year anymore.

These are just a few things I do. Not counting the cleaning up, locking the doors, grading wagers, reading, and sometimes:flies:

Actually Ice, I do the fan thing as well. Have done it since I was a kid.....very calming and peaceful.

Shit I put them in the windows when its like 50 out just to cool down!

If someone turns the fan off or someone just shuts it off, I am up instantly before the blades stop spinning!

I hate noises, creaks, anything that sounds like ghosts!!!! The fan blocks out everything, a robber could come in and I wouldnt know it, thats just how I want it too!!!!!:aktion033

It has to be a big box fan. None of those long skinny fans. The louder the better.


Had this one fan for over 10 years or so and one nite it just stopped. It woke me up out of a dead sleep. I had the hardest time finding one the next day as it was the middle of the winter. I now have 2 fans in the house. 1 in the spare room for naps and all pointed at the wall.
