went under the 8.5 at (-105)
beckett is flat out the best postseason pitcher of this new generation. his focus and intensity seem to be on another level from the guys who take the mound against him. francis has been quietly effective as well and he has faced some of the best pitchers in baseball this year and matched them pitch for pitch. im confident playing a lot of unders but im not sure if ill be able to do it as the series goes along because there are some guys who might get smacked around in the next few games. but i dont see either team having more than a 2 run inning tonight. i think most of the runs that get pushed across will be picket fence style -- 1,1,1. also like the fact that both teams have strong back ends of the bullpen. that would seem obvious when you get to the world series but that hasnt always been the case. it is this year though. something like boston 5-2 is where ive got this one.
