Why do books put so many rules on funding via MoneyGram? WSEX this time.

I went in to chat for wsex.com and asked for their MG info to transfer money. The chat lady said she couldn't give me the info tonight since their processing center was closed. I asked if I could get the MG info tonight so I don't have to contact someone again. She said she couldn't give me that info.

So I'm off to MG to deposit that same money at another book.

Well I just went to my bank and withdrew some money and went to Walmart to give them the information for my book and deposited. I then went into chat and gave the reference number. The book said the money would be in my account first thing in the morning.

If I waited for WSEX I would have to wait until lunch time if I didn't have to work through lunch. If I did, I would get off work at 6pm to deposit through MG. By then several lines will have changed and the Thursday college game would have started.

Thanks for nothing WSEX.

My problem is the bank. Last time I got a new chick that didn't have a clue how to send MG. Took her freakin 20 minutes. F U US Bank!

The people at Wallyworld (walmart) don't know how to send moneygram either, than on top of that you have to wait on long lines with lots of white trash. It really gets me going.

Go to Albertsons.
You talk to MG people on the red phone and give them all the info.
When it's all set up, the Albertsons person basically just takes the money and you're done.

Thanks Dante. It's just here and there but it sure is annoying.

I had problems with WSEX again tonight. I went into live chat and waited for a minute until their session timed out. It automatically went in to a form that had you leave your email. This was at 10pm on a Friday night when there is only some Canadian Football action and a college football game on. It's not like I'm trying to give my info on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

I'm going to stick with WSEX to see if their lines are any better than other books. If not, I see no reason to stay with them.
